Classes 144 - 163 must be covered with clear film.
Preserves must be in 1 lb jars with no advertising on lids and covered with wax discs.
No exhibit to be removed before 5.00 p.m.

3 oz cherries, 5 oz currants, grated rind of half a lemon, 4 oz chopped peel (optional), 1 tablespoon milk or water, 1 1/2 - 2 oz almonds (for sprinkling on top).
